A Little History
Point Plomer is situated in the Limeburners Creek Nature Reserve which occupies 9,224 hectares and is bounded
by the Pacific Ocean, the Hastings River and Limeburners Creek.
The beach, fishing, swimming and bush walking are almost at your front door and at certain times of the year,
whales can be seen migrating to even warmer waters in the north. The average summer temperature is around
27°C, while in winter it rarely dips below 18°C.
