Bookings & Deposits
• All bookings require a deposit to secure the dates you wish to stay
• If a deposit is not paid within 14 days, your booking will be cancelled
• A booking fee ($25-$50) is payable if a deposit is made and then cancelled. Deposits are forfeited if
booking is cancelled within two weeks of scheduled stay
• 25% of deposit is refundable if cancellation is made three weeks before your scheduled stay.
• Under certain circumstances deposits may be held for a future booking if cancellation is made For group
bookings please have one person responsible for bookings and payments
• Occupants during school holidays have first option on the same period next year but must make the booking
during their stay and arrange deposit to secure dates
